Remote Control is the collaborative video series initiated by Düsseldorf artist Kurt Heuvens and the Amsterdam collective Neo Metabolism. It offers cinematic reality checks with video walks through cities, landscapes, and social settings. It’s an aesthetic inquiry into the nervous system of our civilization and chronic of the wastelands of late-stage capitalism.
Filmed with a stabilized camera it features long sequences in first-person perspective, a format already well established within Youtube's traveling community.
