The LOCH is a hub and central contact point in Wuppertal. It offers cultural producers and people interested in culture a place to come into contact with each other and to share ideas. It is not limited to any format or genre. Whether it's a jazz concert, art exhibition, lecture, reading, choir rehearsal or dance performance – what happens in the LOCH depends on the people who are actively engaged in it. Because that is how the LOCH came into being: it was initiated by a group of culture enthusiasts who were looking for a place to give shape to their ideas.
