Knut Klaßen, visual artist from Berlin. Studied art at HfbK Hamburg and lecturer at HfBK Dresden since 2017. Camera for John Bock in the 2000s, collaborations with Monika Gintersdorfer since 2005. In the same period co-director of the development department Anselm Reyle (until 2009). Gintersdorfer/Klaßen have toured internationally as a transnational theatre group for many years, visiting countries in West Africa, Europe and Mexico, performing in different venues and covering several disciplines (in the independent arts scene as well as in municipal theatre, public spaces, dance, visual arts, documentary, feature film). They played 101 shows as part of their 2017 installation Skulptur Projekte Münster alone. More about the group and the people involved at www.gintersdorferklassen.org .

For under construction 2020, Gintersdorfer/Klaßen developed an Encounters Live Stream with the title: “Rhythm and Measure in a Beautiful House”, with Alaingo, Ordinateur, Annika Kompart and Franck Edmond Yao alias Gadoukou la Star.
